Cancellations: If I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or arrive more than 5 minutes late, your next session will be free. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or arrive more than 5 minutes late, you'll be charged $22 or the cost of the appointment, whichever is higher.

Privacy Policy: All one-on-one sessions are private and confidential, recorded to track your progress and offer you the opportunity to review insights. Group classes are livestreamed.
